INTAKE

1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement is made between The Way of the I AM, LLC ("Service Provider") and the Client ("You") and is effective from the date services are booked and payment is received. By engaging in the services outlined below, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

The Service Provider offers the following services:

Spiritual Coaching: One-on-one sessions, spiritual guidance, and personalized support aligned with your individual path.

Channeling Sessions: Channeled guidance and messages received in service to your spiritual journey and well-being.

Energy Healing: Energetic healing sessions supported by Source, the I AM presence, and the Angels, with a focus on healing, alignment, and energetic integration.

Courses: Courses focused on spiritual development, channeling, and energy healing, offered either live or self-paced.

3. Client Responsibilities
You, the Client, agree to:

Approach sessions and courses with openness and a willingness to engage in your own healing and remembering.

Participate actively and complete any suggested practices, reflections, or exercises that support your personal growth.

Honor scheduled appointment times and provide at least 24 hours notice if a session must be rescheduled. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full rate.

You are encouraged to check in with your mental health provider before beginning any services or courses with The Way of the I AM, LLC, particularly if you are managing significant mental health concerns.

4. Confidentiality
All information shared during our sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your express consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking of services or enrollment in courses. Pricing and details for each service are provided at the time of booking.

Refund Policy: Due to the energetic nature of these services, all sales are final. However, rescheduling is permitted with appropriate notice.

Payment Arrangements: If you choose to use ACH payments or enter into a payment plan, you are responsible for fulfilling the agreed payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in services being paused or discontinued, and The Way of the I AM, LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, including legal action if necessary, to recover any outstanding balance.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methods, techniques, and information shared during sessions and courses — including but not limited to verbal guidance, exercises, meditations, channeling messages, and any written or electronic materials provided — remain the intellectual property of The Way of the I AM, LLC.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal healing and spiritual development.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the materials without express written consent from The Way of the I AM, LLC.

7. Limitations and Disclaimer
The Service Provider does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of licensed healthcare professionals. The services offered — spiritual coaching, channeling, energy healing, and courses — are complementary practices intended to support your well-being, not replace medical or psychological care.

8. Client Acknowledgment
You understand that results cannot be guaranteed, as each individual's journey is unique. You accept full responsibility for your well-being during and after participation in sessions and courses.

9. Release of Liability
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You release The Way of the I AM, LLC and its representatives from any and all liability related to your participation in services or courses. You agree to consult with your healthcare provider regarding any existing health concerns prior to engaging in these services.

10. Termination of Agreement

All sales are final. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove you from services or courses if your behavior is determined to be unsafe or disruptive to the Service Provider, its representatives, or other clients and students. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Way of the I AM, LLC operates..

12. Acceptance
By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
