Cancellation Policy

Clients arriving less than 15 min. late will receive a shorter session as session extension may not be possible. Clients arriving more than 15 min. late will have their session rescheduled, and the full-service fee will be charged. (Not applicable to courses). There are no refunds on services that have already been provided. To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide 48 hours notice. If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided 48 notice, no refund will be issued. All course sales are final.
